Default Use a single calendar in Outlook 2010

I have 3 email accounts, all POP3

I have 2 calendars. One called "Outlook Data File", the other called "email address"

How can I use a single calendar for all my email accounts?
How can I delete the calendar "email address?

I really find Outlook complicated to set up! There should be an option to use a single calendar, and a single address book. Would make life so much easier!

Many thanks
