E-mail deleted after replying or forwarding
Hi,
I am using Office 2010 on windows 7 professional edition. This is my working pc and the e-mail accounts server was recently changed and my outlook was reconfigurated by the informatics department. Since it happened, outlook is automatically deleting e-mails that I forward or reply from the original folder. When this happens the deleted e-mail is nowhere to be found and the sent message is not saved either. Copies of original e-mails are kept in the server. The recipient of the e-mails I send by replying or forwarding are still getting my messages. Items are not moved to any other folder on outlook (including deleted items folder, sent mail, etc). There are no rules that could explain this and it happens occasionally, not with every e-mail forwarded or deleted. I have two accounts configured on outlook, with the same domain. Incoming mail is received on 2 different folders according to the account and there are several other folders that don't have any rules associated. The only two rules are the delivery of the e-mails from the two accounts in the corresponding folders. In addition to the two accounts, the technician configurated a "general identity" to merge both accounts that is actually associated to one of them. Any ideas on what is happening and what I can try to fix this big problem? Thanks in advance.
