Default email storage by job

Hi all,

I am interested in finding out whether or not it is possible to store emails based on a job name or number. ideally users would be promted before an email is sent (i.e. when they press send) to enter a job name or number and this email and its attachments are stored in a folder on the hard drive with the same jab name/number. Perhaps when an email is recieved, upon opening the email, users could be promted to do the same. This would keep a record of incoming and outgoing emails and attachments categorised by their respective job.

Any insight greatly appreciated

Steve
