Hello,
I am using MS Outlook 2007 and recently the transfer or reception of email messages is very slow. It might take an hour to receive emails where it took a few minutes before. The transfer will stay on the last message for several minutes. The only way to get out of the event is to stop Outlook using File, Exit Outlook cannot be reopened again unless the computer is restarted. When the computer is shutting down a dialog box appears: "End Program - ThorConnWndClass" What is the cause of this and how can I fix it? Thanks |

Thorconnwndclass is a part of Crash Guard. If you manually uninstall Norton Systemworks it will clear that problem up.
This may also resolve the unresponsive Outlook issue. Best Regards, |
