Outlook Calendar sharing
If I buy Outlook will I be able to view shared calendars easily. If big companys with exchange servers will I be able to view or can software help. Usually can a small sole trader share their calendar with me???

Calendar sharing is a feature for Exchange users only. If you and this trader are within the same Exchange network then yes.
