Dear all, I have a problem with shared mailbox for Microsoft office 2007.
Basically, when an email (query) enters the mailbox, the administrator would tag it with a color code and users for the shared mailbox will know the ownership of the email based on these color codes. once the query is solved, the user would then reply the email: From Field: query@mmm.com To Field: jack@mmm.com CC field: query@mmm.com Hence, the replied email would then enter the shared mailbox. However, what i need is to get this replied email to enter another folder and not to the inbox of the shared mailbox. is there anyway we can do this? Is it possible to set a rule using the From field that routes this replied mail to another folder? Thanks in advance! |
