I'm having huge difficulty with this. I wanted to transfer 2000 emails from one Gmail account to another. I did it like option 2, set up both accounts on Outlook then tried to drag and drop. It took ages copying, then stopped with an error. When I looked in the source Gmail account, all 2000 emails were gone. In the target Gmail account there was only 32 emails that had transferred. However outlook has all 2000 emails stored in it's local version of the target gmail account (on my hard drive). But now I cant get those into the actual Gmail account (ie. stored back on their servers). Every time I try only 32 emails appear and are accessible via browser Gmail. Outlook seems to think it's fully synced with the account though ( when I do send/Receive). Using IMAP. What can I do?
