![]() I recently had to reinstall windows 7 after chkdks corrupted my registry. At the time I was using WLM. I eventually restored all my data and 12 years of emails from external devices but ended up with many duplicates in some 400+ folders, each has a few hundred emails. I then transferred the messages to outlook 2010 as there are some utilities to delete duplicates. But to achieve this, I need to merge the emails in the 400 storage folders inside 12 pst data files into 1 or 2 folders. I would like to know if there is a way to merge the emails of multiple folders into a single folder? I have tried drag and drop on a couple of folders but that will take forever. |

If anyone else needs to do this, then just set up a rule to move all emails before todays date into a specific folder and select the run rule option.
