Default Automated reminders

Dear All

As a newbie, please can you tell me if it is possible to automate the reminders in outlook. Basically I have a number of customers (40 to 50)who have very time specific requirements, I need to send either a snail mail or e mail to them twice a year to remind them that they need to contact me with information, how can this be done in Outlook?? their contact details are in there both postal address and e mail, I guess I could also send an SMS if that were possible.

Really looking forward to your feedback

Regards

Paul

paulgy80,

Please review the link provided on how to create a task. A task will do exactly what you are requesting.
