Hi,
I know I can add words to the "dictionary" so that while composing an email in Outlook (2007) certain spellings will no longer receive the red "error" underlining. So I figured this might also be possible with regard to grammar rules. I have been looking for a way to modify the rules so that, in certain instances, Outlook will not display the green grammar error underline while I'm typing an email. But I don't see if I may do this. I don't want to turn the grammar "check while typing" feature off entirely. I just want to modify it in an instance or two, so that I don't have to keep telling Outlook to "ignore rule" every time I compose an email ! Is this possible ? ![]() Thanks for any input ! ![]() |
