Exclamation Outlook Form: Reply to All Problem

Hi I'm having some trouble with some outlook forms.

I have a form set up (form A) and it has a form that opens when you reply to it (form B).

Form B is set up so that the cc field should auto populate with a distribution group when opened. When you receive form A, and you click reply then form B opens as expected. However, if I click reply to all then the preset group is over ridden by people already cc'd on form A.

If I set the distribution as a preset value then I get the opposite effect, the group appears, but I lose anyone that was originally cc'd on form A.

Is there a way to keep both my group that I need to cc and the people originally cc'd when I hit reply to all?

Hope i've not made it too confusing!
