Default Delete all remnants of Outlook for reinstall

Hello,

I'm having trouble wiping all outlook files from my PC for a clean reinstall.

When I go to the search field in Windows 7 64bit and search for files containing 'outlook', there are no files anywhere that contain that word. All of the PST files are gone. I just want to reinstall Office 2010 and start up a new email account in Outlook.

At the moment, when I reinstall it, it asks me to locate my old PST file which is now deleted.

Please help!

Thanks.
