Default eml Files - No Recipient in Printed Message

Using Outlook 2010, 64-bit. I have some .eml files sent to us by a customer; these are e-mail messages sent or received by the customer. When I open the message in Outlook I see the recipient's name, but when I print the message the recipient's name does not appear. None of these recipients are in our contacts, and we don't want to add them. Is there some setting or other way to get the recipient included in the printed message? Any help appreciated.
