Another Odd Problem

Unlike my last, I located the right place...so here I go: I just reinstalled MS Office 2007 and got Outlook up and running in a minute. And it has worked great until now: yesterday, I configured my wife's emal with Outlook on her user account on the Dell 8300. And it works fine.



...but mine has quit working now. When I hit the shortcut button or try from the Start button, nothing happens...at all. No messages, just nothing. For a second the cursor will give me the "spin" as tho something is about to happen, but nothing does. What did I do?
