Hey all,
In my department (using Outlook 2010) we receive a lot of newsletters and invitations and whatnot. We receive those personally and would like to share them with our colleagues. So what we have done is installed a functional mailbox, and in that mailbox are folders that we move the newsletters etc. to. My question is: could I create a weekly automated 'digest' email, that is sent to everyone in the department and lists the new newsletters? For example, the ones that are less than a week old. A quick google on this question did not yield anything but it could be that I've used the wrong search terms (english is not my native language). Does anyone here have an idea? |
