I have a user (Outlook 2003/Exchange Server) who sent an e-mail to another employee and is receiving a read receipt every 30 seconds or so from the recipient. This is rapidly filling up her mailbox. I set her up with a receive rule for the time being to delete the receipts but wanted to know if anyone has seen this before and what can be done to permanently remedy it.
