I created a backup of my outlook files but when I try to open them I'm told I need a password.
When I try to open a backed up pst file it prompts me for a password. However, I never created one. I've done a ton of research online, and even found a thread below in this forum called: Importing a .pst file, with a password? Huh? That thread is here: https://www.msofficeforums.com/outlo...sword-huh.html There's a link there that takes you here for a possible solution: http://exchange.sembee.info/outlook/pst-password.asp However, it doesn't apply to Outlook 2007, which I am running. Does anyone know how I cam "bypass" this prompt for a password so I can open my pst files? Any help would be great. Thanks. |
