Default Emailing document with headers

Hi all,

I have a Word 2010 document with a header, a footer, and a few hyperlinks in the body. I need to have the full letter be the body of an email to be sent out to multiple people. I've tried it a few different ways but I always lose the header/footer or hyperlinks. I feel like I'm missing something right in front of my face.

How can I send the entire letter as an email?

Thank you,
Joel

If you have the full office suite, are you using the mail merg function?
