Hello,
I work at a place where each worker must contact his superior until 10 AM and report that he is in office. From there an email is sent to the attendance executive which puts the information into her own excel sheet. Right now we are working by running around the office and seeing/emailing each coworker to know if has arrived or not. This is not very effective and pretty dumb way of handling things. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to automate this process? I was thinking of sending a daily, recurring meeting from Outlook (2010) on the attendance executive's computer to all the workers and have them accept the it once they reach work. Anyone have any suggestions/comments for making this process way more effective than it is? |
