-I receive meeting invites from a group at my office that I don't need pay attention to, so I set a rule to auto-decline these meetings and then send it to my trash can.
-My delegate is bombarded with copies of these meeting requests and I would like to set her up with a rule so she can simply delete the items...She has tried using a rule that takes meeting invites from a particular sender with my name in the 'to' field, but that's not working and the invites are still in her inbox.... -How do you specify the rule be executed for my calendar on her outlook account? I looked under the options of "through the specified account" but unfortunately my calendar doesn't appear on her drop down. Please help i would greatly appreciate it!!! ![]() Thanks! JB |
