At the moment im trying to find something like a thread compressor for different versions of outlook in which i have in my company.I'm trying to compress a chain email so that i only have the latest version and the others will be deleted.I have seen the conversation feature in 2010 but i tried to use the cleanup feature but it is greyed out and i cannot select it ever.I have office business 2010.

Anyone got any suggestions
