Using Win 7 32 bit with MS Office 2007. Outlook configured properly and sends and receives on test setting but when I try sending a regular email it just stays in the out box. Nothing happens. Checked with ISP, Comcast, for correct outgoing server. Test message works with 25 and 587. Anti-virus has been turned off for all mail. Still not working. Mail in outbox can be deleted but any new outgoing mail still sits in box. No error message.

I have a similar problem except every time I click on Send/Receive I have to wait to get incoming mail until I get a message Outlook failed to send 2 outgoing messages. How can I "fix" this.
