Default Rules won't apply

Hi,

I set up rules in my personal folder to sort incoming mail. The rules I applied were fairly simple, sort names in sender's address, sort words in both subject and body, sound alert and high importance, move to specific folder.

The emails are not sorted to specific folders, they remain in the in-box. I even clicked run rules now and nothing happens.
Thank
Rick

RicWCO,

For the client side rule to work correctly, you have to make sure every filter is exactly configured or the filter will not work. I recommend typing the filter out so we can review it.
