how to move the email directly to secondary mailbox sent item folder
Hi,
I need to know if an email sent from outlook using the secondary mailbox id can be moved directly to the secondary mailbox sent item instead of the usual primary mailbox sent item. Appreciate if someone can reply if there is a way to do this and provide links or the solution on the thread. Thanks in advance. |

Hi,
I think only Outlook 2010 does this natively, for other Outlook versions you'd have to use a tool like the Sent Items Organizer (http://www.SperrySoftware.com/Outloo...-Organizer.asp). Hope this helps! Mike Sperry http://www.SperrySoftware.com Find 37 Outlook add-ins that can make a difference! |

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the URL however this software is a paid software. Would like to know if there is any free softwares available similar to the one provided. |
