Newbie question. I have a number of templates set up in 'Home-New Items-More Items-Choose Form-User Templates in File System'. When I send an e-mail using one of these templates it does not get saved in the 'Sent Items' folder. If I open a template & look in 'File-Options-Mail-Save Messages' the box to save messages in Sent Items is ticked. Is there somewhere else that I should look to make Outlook save these messages? Other messages started from the 'New Message' button all save OK.
