Default Calendar Question!

At my work, we want to be able to have a universal calendar for the sales team. The calendar needs to be accessible to all preferrably through a weblink or easy plug-in, and able to be controlled by one person.

Is this possible in office? I'm currently running 2003, but could access 2007.

We essentially just want a universal calendar for a section of the workforce that will send them updates and keep them informed with important upcoming dates.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day.
