Default Selecting filtered contacts in To: box

Hi

I can see that Outlook 2010 can find contacts as you the name of the person ... such as typing Joh will show all names beginning with Joh.

But I remember that Outlook used to allow the auto finding of names using the domain name ... such as typing the word Dell would find all contacts with Dell in the domain and name.

Has this been removed, or is there anyway of doing this. I sometimes cannot remember the name of the person but I know that he is in Dell and I have conversed with the person - also his name is not in contacts.

Thanks for your help in advance

Jay

I do believe the auto-fill feature requires the first few letters of the email address. You can search for the contact you wish to use. Using search, any partial name in the domain name will appear. Hope this helps.

Best Regards,
