Convert .ost to .pst

My Outlook 2003 data was taken off the server at my former office and placed in an .ost file on my thumbdrive. Now I cannot reload it on the same computer/same program at my new office because it needs to be a .pst file. Is there a way to send the .ost file to someone who has the conversion software to convert it and send back to me the .pst files?
