Default Prevent OOO reply when sending a mass email

We send mass emails inside the company and want to prevent the OOO replies from being sent from the end users mail files.
Is there a value that can be added to an outgoing email that will prevent the OOO from sending a reply?

Out of office replies are set up on the user's end. I don't believe that there is a way to disable that from the sender's end.
