Question Create calendar event

I want to regularly send out a calendar reminder or an event to notify all personnel on an important event.

Do not want any out of office replies and no accept nor reject replies either. Would even prefer to not even have the receivers to have to accept.

Set calendar invite from 09:00 to 09:00
In outlook 2010 set replies to no replies and no reschedule

In outlook 2003 I can't find how to do this.

Any other tips to make this work real ez?

You should be able to accomplish this by adjusting some settings. Here is some information that should help.
