Default Task closing when flag is cleared

My office was just updated from 2007 to 2010. Unlike 07, when I now mark a task is complete, the task closes and I have to re-open it to continue working with it. My procedure is to mark it complete, then print it to rtf to save as a word document for archiving purposes. I've been unable to find a setting to change this behavior. Any help is appreciated.

Unfortunately this is now the standard for task. When you mark a task as complete the task closes. This is the same with Sharepoint 2010 tasks as well.

Best Regards,
