Default Pictures only showing ICON instead of Photo Taken

For some reason, All of my photos are showing an "ICON" instead of the actual photo. I have assigned MS Picture Manager as the default. Everything worked fine until this morning.

Any ideas what the problem is ??

Thanks for helping

Hello Josie,

May i know where do you see the icons instead of the pictures? Is it Windows Explorer? Or some other application?
