Default MS Office 2003

I'm currently using Microsoft Office XP aka 2002... I've learnt that Office 2003 provides better fucntionality and style...
However, I am more interested in Microsoft's new product called One Note... Anyone has used this before? Do share your experience here...

OneNote is primarily designed to be used with keyboards on desktops and notebooks. However, the application will also be compatible with Tablet PC, which already comes with a notepad for taking handwriting notes.
