Default OneNote for Windows 10 feed

So I am trying OneNote for Windows 10 feed, and I am asked to sign in.

I selected the correct account and signed in with my personal account.

Then I was asked to enter the 2fa and after it gave me an error.

AADSTS50020: User account 'email' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '2d4d3d8e-2be3-4bef-9f87-7875a61c29de'(OneNote) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

So I tried again BUT this time when I try to select my account, I click the account and then I get a blank white box with title FEED only.

What can I do to set this up?
