Email Page no background AND Email Page adds "Link to meeting notes:"
Hello:
In OneNote 2016, I have a template I'm using with a background image. When I select "Email Page" the image does not transfer. I realize this is probably due to the email text format. But ideally I would like to bring that over. I can send as a PDF and the image is retained in the background. I could do this, then do a screen shot of the PDF and then send that way. However, that doesn't seem like a very good option. Perhaps I can do this somehow via Outlook Stationary, but I need it to be automated and only have the background on OneNote emails. I basically want to send an email that looks just like the onenote document. Is this possible? Also, when I select "Email Page" it creates a nice email. However at the top it displays: "Link to meeting notes: XYZ Meeting - 12/9/2020 (Web view)" I would like to remove this, but I can't figure out where it's coming from. Is there a template somewhere that is inserting this information? Regards, KP |
