Pasting two clips beside each other under a long heading
Hi, I'm using the Windows 10 OneNote app for assembling clips from church records. One thing bothers me. I open a new page and write some heading and then paste a clip underneath the heading. The clip is not as wide as the heading. If I position the cursor somewhere under the heading there is a white rectangle around the heading and the clip. There is no way I can put the cursor beside the first clip to paste another clip beside the first. I have to paste it to the right of the white rectangle. Then I can move it to the side of the first clip. Am I missing something? |

We would like to help you. Very much.
Just click Screen Shots of the issue you have and paste them here. We would understand the problem better then. |

OK, thanks, I'll try
First I write a long clip heading. Underneath it I paste a clip. The heading and the clip is surrounded by a thin grey line.
If I try to paste another clip to the right of the first clip, the first clip is lit up (as if I had clicked on it). If I insist and paste the second clip, it goes beneath the first. To paste the second clip to the right of the first I can find no other way than to paste it further to the right (outside the thin grey line under the heading) and then move it inside. |
