Default Meeting GDPR Art 17 Import/Export of data

OneNote contains a lot of personal data. European GDPR Art 20 states:

The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided

1. Can anyone tell me what Microsoft is doing to allow the export / import of data from and to OneNote?

2. Where is the OneNote data stored on my PC?

3. Where is the OneNote data stored on the Cloud. How can I access it?

Thanks
