Default Moving hand written note from one page to another - or another notebook

One note allows us to move pages and section around, but how to move a piece of text (handwritten) from one page to another... after I copy... it does nothing else

Just a thought, as I don't have iPad OneNote.

Do you have the borders set to show when you do the equivalent of mouseover on the iPad? You should be able to click/tap the border to highlight the entire snippet, and then cut it and paste it elsewhere.
