Windows 7 64bit Onenote 2.3 for Iphone not syncing

Onenote 2.3 for Iphone not syncing

Although onenote syncs perfectly between my PC and android tablet. It doesn't sync with onenote v. 2.3 on the Iphone.

Any idea how to resolve this problem?
