Backup and sharing Notes question

Hi, new to OneNote from EverNote with Office 2016 paid for.


What I would like :
.have a PC local folder where notes are kept
.backup this folder
.access my notes from smartphone.

My problems:
.Android Onenote only accesses OneDrive notes
.if I copy my notes from local folder to synced OneDrive folder on PC, notes are uploaded to OneDrve and replaced by links to those uploaded files
.so I cannot backup my notes since they no longer are on the PC

What did I make the wrong way or did not understand ?
