Mirroring Data in Separate Pages

I am a Project Manager coming into a program that is not actively using a PMS. I have done about a days worth of googling and I cannot seem to find the answer to my problem. I have a master 'Contracts/BPAs' page in my Logistics Workbook and a I have a separate 'Facilities' page in the same workbook.

Is there a way that data that is inputted into the 'Facilities' page will automatically be inputted into the master 'Contracts/BPAs' page?
