Default Two Versions on my PC

I wanted to download a copy of OneNote 2016. When I tried to do this a screen came up saying "One Note is already installed" but what comes up is not the version I have been using. I am using One Note 2013 and it is very different that the one that shows up when I got that message. When I check what programs are installed on my computer I only see Microsoft One Note 2013. Where is the other one hiding and how do I make sure I am always using 2013. Also I would like to upgrade to One Note 2016. How can I do this?

Thanks to any and all who attempt to help me with this.
