Default insert own formulas

Hi I am trying to write some engineering notes for other students and I have a number of formulas /equations that I frequently use. I am trying to change the default equations shown on the drop down equation list (Insert tab and then equation drop down) to show the formulas I use the most. Is it possible or is there a better way to do this.

In simple terms I want to be able to insert the same equation in numerous one note pages as I write them, without having to type the equation everytime

Any help suggestions would be appreciated

Thanks
