Cannot change Privacy Settings in OneNote
I have just started using OneNote as a lecture tool for my classes. I put a hyperlink to some files & pictures into some of the pages. However, when I click to open, I get the Microsoft OneNote Security notice that says the location may be unsafe (even though it is on my laptop.) I have found the Microsoft instructions on how to add a trusted site, but the Privacy Settings screen in my version of OneNote (Office 365) does not allow me to add any locations at all, let alone on my computer. I know how to do this - I have Word and Excel set up to recognize the My Documents folder on my laptop as a trusted site, but there is no place to do this in OneNote. Is that the way it is supposed to work, or do I have a setting set wrong somewhere? Thanks for any help! |
