Default Document Management View

So I've decided to go all in with OneNote. It's been great. I've transferred all of my documents into the program as well. The problem I have is that when I had, say, 20 documents on my pc within a traditional folder, it was easy to list the documents by details only. The list would be short, vertically, and easy to scan visually.

In One Note each document has a full blown icon to click on.

Is there a way to only show the details of the document, like what we have within a traditional folder and not have a large icon for each document.

Bill
