Question Maintaining spacing and layout when converting ink to text - is it possible?

I'm new to this and see onenote as a bit of a holy grail application, but, I work with a tablet and pen and want to convert my handwritten notes to text while maintaining the spacing and layout is it possible?

It just seems to squash everything together and loose the layout.

All ideas / help appreciated.
