Default Backing up importing & exporting ?? I am a newb

I am not computer savvy so bear with me, I need to reformat my hard drive so I need to back up all my notes in 2010 One Note. I tried twice before when reformatting and lost all my info so this time i would like to ask how to back up one notes, where is export and import . I am familiar with how to save my info on M/S office to a PST folder but I see no where, where to export/import 2010 One Note I assume this must be a separate program than M/S Office ?. Not trying to be a whine bag but I have no clue what I am doing, but 3rd time will be a charm with your help. I assume when I post this that my e-mail will be visible to respond? in case it is not I will include
