Default Open page in OneNote 2010 as side note, and preferrably on startup

Is there a way to open a page in OneNote 2010 as a side note on startup? If that's not possible, I'd settle for creating a desktop shortcut that opens the page as a side note. I found a previous post with instructions to do this, but it doesn't work. Every time I double-click the shortcut, it just opens a new (blank) side note.

Here are the steps I'm following to create the desktop shortcut:
1. Right-click on desktop and select New > Shortcut.
2. Paste path: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\ONENOTE.EXE" /sidenote /onenote:///C:\Users\[user name]\Documents\OneNote%20Notebooks\Unfiled%20Notes.one #Action%20Items&section-id={FA3F1D30-8A42-47BF-9C42-7C03C0307B74}&page-id={8419185F-1D9A-4073-8C98-8E8B22996
3. Click Finish.

When I view the shortcut properties, both the Target and Start In boxes show the full path. I've tried modifying the path in both boxes (alternatively and then at the same time) to just "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\ONENOTE.EXE", and I can get the page to open, but it's the regular OneNote Notebook window. If I add the /sidenote switch to the Target box, I just get a new side note again. I've also tried right-clicking on the page title in OneNote and pasting the link to the paragraph in the shortcut properties, but the results are the same.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this so the shortcut opens the specified page in a side note window? And then, if possible, make it open on startup?

Thank you!
