Default Unable to use Screen Clipping in OneNote app

I successfully imported my notebook from One Note 2010 into the One Note app in Windows 10. Yeah!!!
However, I can't figure out how to take a screen clipping in the One Note app. Win+S opens a search panel, not the screen clipping tool. And I can't for the life of me find another way to do it.

I found my own answer, sort of, but now I have more questions than ever. I found there is a One Note Clipper extension to add to Chrome that allows me to take screen clippings from my Chrome browser. It appears to work just fine.
The new problem is, it does not add the new clipping to my notebook in One Note. It posted it to a different program called 'One Note Online.' I cannot find a way to sync these two programs. Or a way to send the clipping from one to the other.
Also, there is a supposedly free One Note 2016 that I downloaded from Microsoft, thinking that was the answer. Wrong! All that wanted to do was have me sign up for a free 'trial' of Office. And when I tried to do that, I kept getting an error on the link. So I deleted that version.

Does anyone out there know what is going on with One Note?

Have you tried using the "Snipping Tool" found in the Windows Accessories? I just used it within One Note and it worked fine; however, I must admit that I have limited knowledge of One Note (and, I am assuming the the Snipping Tool is different from the screen clipping tool or the One Note Clipper extension that you speak of).

Default Thanks, jim

The snipping tool does indeed work, and perhaps better than the clipping extension in Chrome as it can be used to snip from anything, not just the browser. However, it is inconvenient to use and we really should have the ability to do this directly in OneNote, like I used to be able to do in OneNote 2010.
