Evernote to OneNote Conversion
I have been using Evernote for awhile and I am currently exploring importation to OneNote using the Evernote2Onenote app. It does import to OneNote, but I have questions regarding the setup of tags and sections in OneNote. I have my notebooks and tags stacked similar to a Windows folder arrangement with characters to order them where I want them (a modified secret weapon) with .What, .When, .Where, and .Who. For Example:
.What/.A--Projects/.B--Subjects .Who/.Organizations/.People This is a tidy way of visualizing the tags. When I imported my Evernote notebooks into OneNote, each tag appears as a section and each section lists pages with that particular tag/section, but only in that notebook. My tags in Evernote aren't restricted to any particular notebook. A person could be tagged in multiple projects or notebooks or any tag for that matter. Finally the question: Once I import everything what is the best way to structure tags and sections to view the OneNote information in a similar manner? Thanks in advance. |
